If you enjoy a cocktail every now and then, leave your money out of the casino if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your evening bag, your money belt, and leave all cash, charge cards and checks back at the hotel. Only take only the money you intend to use on drinks, tips and whatever pocket change you expect to burn and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not really. Just realistic. You may well have a success after a boozy evening out with your buddies and be blessed sufficiently to hit a long roll at a on fire craps game. Keep that account seeing that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continually drink alcohol and bet. The two simply don’t mix.
Leaving your moola out of the casino might be a tiny bit excessive, but defensive actions for excessive actions is compulsory. If you gamble to win, then don’t drink and bet. If you like to blow your assets nary a worry, then drink all the no charge beer you can handle, but do not pack charge cards and checks to toss into the mix of chasing squanderings after your dead drunk head squanders all the cash!
Permit me to take this 1 step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then go on the internet to bet in your preferred casino either. I enjoy a drink from the comfort of my condominium, however since I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards near by, I can not drink and wager.
Why? Even though I don’t drink alcohol a lot, when I drink alcohol, it is clearly enough to cloud my better judgment. I gamble, so I do not consume alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager when you do. The two mix up for a ferocious, and expensive, cocktail.
